By accessing and using the Royal Excellence Academy portal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Royal Academy provides a school management portal for academic tracking, fee payment, attendance monitoring, and school communication. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the portal at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Providing accurate and current information.
• Notifying the school immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
• Using the portal respectfully and in accordance with school policies.

4. Payments and Fees

All fee payments made through the portal are processed via secure third-party gateways. Royal Excellence Academy is not responsible for errors made by the payment gateway or bank. Any disputes regarding fees should be directed to the school's finance office.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Royal Excellence Academy or its software providers. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the portal without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Royal Academy and its software providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
